Access to the swimming pool for both stays. Ideal gîte for holidays with family or friends, the Château de Montreuil-Bonnin combines charm, comfort, calm and serenity.-

the renaissance home:

12 rooms - 15 beds: 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 shower room, large dining room, entrance hall, kitchen, TV lounge, lounge and library.

The dining room has a good fireplace (wood available). Fully equipped: Wifi, TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 refrigerators, filter coffee maker and Nespresso.... Completely new bedding (180 or 90).

The large library is made available.

Equipped to accommodate children with high chair and 2 baby beds.

Possibility of renting the recently fitted "Little House" as an option: 1 large living room of 60m2 with equipped kitchen on the ground floor; 6 beds (90), 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC on the first floor.

Very easy to access, the castle is located 15 minutes from Poitiers train station and Biard airport, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, close to the valley of the monkeys, the crocodile farm, the Poitou marshes, Roman Poitou, golf. It is also located in mountain biking and hiking country.

The owners are not present during the rental, you enjoy the entire property. You are greeted by a person on site.
